Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy Thank you for choosing EyeSpy Lashes. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our time, the following policies apply: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • All payments made toward services, including deposits and prepaid appointments, are non-refundable. • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require full prepayment for future bookings. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and will forfeit their deposit. • Deposits are transferable one time when proper notice is given for rescheduling. • Refunds will not be issued for completed services. If you experience any concerns with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies.
